Language exchange

Given the difficult working and economic situation that I find myself experiencing due to a persistent lack of work, I'm thinking of relying on nothing other than persevering in looking for a job with a good salary. I've been thinking for some time that approaching a cultural and linguistic exchange with one or more people, like a host family not only in Italy but also in a foreign country, can acculturate, perfect myself and learn new languages and maybe even be able to find a job as well as hospitality from a family that can host me for the established time. I would be happy to have an exchange of ideas and, if necessary, investigate further.
