Job description

This position is to be filled on a permanent contract, for a job that is mainly done in the field in Cameroon.

Attached to the Cameroon Country Manager, the field sales representative ensures, within the framework of the process of acquiring subscribers on the market place, a role of execution of the commercial tasks which will be entrusted to him.

The main mission is as follows: canvass prospects in the field, by going directly to meet them, in order to convince them to go through WilKiBlin eMarketeur to carry out their commercial operations. It is a question of establishing with prospects a physical interaction which aims to stimulate their confidence in the services offered by the platform, both for purchases and for sales. Basically, you are called upon to implement the B2C and B2C policies of the company, in particular those of its subsidiary in Cameroon. As a result, individuals and businesses will be your main commercial targets. You will regularly meet importers, exporters, wholesalers, retailers, occasional sellers and anyone who may have something to sell or buy.

Qualifications

You have a perfect knowledge of the world of marketing in general. You have excellent marketing and branding skills. You are skilled in commercial negotiation and have no difficulty reaching out to others. You are skilled in oral communication and have a high sense of interpersonal skills. Human contact holds no secrets for you. All these skills must be the result of a perfect habit in the sector of marketing, commerce and sales.
