Responsibilities
You will be listening, responding, and mediating between our international travelers and suppliers all over the world, always ensuring a high level of customer service.
You will identify the needs of our customers and provide with a high level of support
Clarify inquiries about service, payment, and technical requirements, providing accurate information, and following procedures, via email and phone.

Requirements
• Native level of Danish and fluent level of English
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills both written and spoken.
• User friendly PC skills: Office 365, CRM Database, and other internal platforms.
• Goal-oriented and self-assertive.
• Problem Solver
• Affinity with travel platforms
• Experience within customer service/call centre environments is valued but not mandatory
• Hybrid Model: Able to work from the office and from home (within 100km from Glories metro station)
• Obligatory studies finished: According to the legislation in Spain, a Document to prove it will be Mandatory to be able to hire you.

What we offer
• 39h/week contract (Monday to Sunday) with fixed working hours.
• Weekends: Two weekends off per month and two days off in the middle of the week either prior to the week working Monday to Sunday or the week after.
• Working hours: 09:00 -20:00pm - Rotational shifts
• Starting with a Temporary Contract (probation period) that will evolve into a Permanent contract for a long term based on performance.
• Holidays: 27 working days of holidays/year
