Surfer's Treehouse Paradise

My husband and I are selling our 2 bedroom condo in Playa Hermosa Costa Rica. This "condo" is more like a house in a shared community as you only share one wall with the neighbors and it's very soundproof. The house was desigend by an eco-minded developer taking into account energy efficiency & nature. The toucans visit our trees regularaly (and sometimes the monkeys too!). Watch the macaw's fly overhead as you relax on the private back balcony or in fornt of the gorgeous infinity pool.

There are world-class waves at Playa Hermosa (down the street) and smaller waves in Jaco 7km north. Beautiful yoga school, handy mini market and delicious coffee all within walking/biking distance. This area is on the rise, but this secluded property will feel like a private oasis. Close enough to enjoy the conveniences of Jaco without the crowds.
