Female flatmate wanted for spacious flat in Gianicolense area

A bright and spacious room is available for a female flatmate in the Gianicolense area, not far from Trastevere and the Vatican (both at 10 minutes via public transport). The apartment has 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a spacious living room with fireplace and a balcony complete with table, chairs and a garden bench. Three flatmates are already sharing this flat (one female, two males). The new flatmate would share the bathroom with another flatmate (Cecilia, 44 years old, female, very tidy and clean). The room is about 25 square metres, furnished (queen sized bed, table, chair, wardrobe). 

All bills are included. Even a weekly professional cleaning of all the shared areas (i.e. the whole apartment with the sole exception of our bedrooms). We are responsible people, used to share a flat. We value privacy and, above all, we are adamant about keeping the flat tidy and clean. 

Smoking is only allowed on the balconies. No pets are allowed.
