Want work permit

Dear i am Golam Akbar citizen of Bangladesh. Now i am in Bangladesh.  I want to come to British Virginia islands to work. Can you assist me how can i get job offer and also work permit in British Virginia islands.  I have more then 7 years experience on food and beverages service in five star hotel and aslo i am Master's degree holder. Please assist me
