Notaries fee

Hi
Does anyone know the approximate legal fees to buy a house In Côte D'Ivoire? Is it a percentage of the purchase price or a flat fee irrespective of the purchase price?

Any advice would be much appreciated

notarial fees in Ivory Coast are 7% of the cost of sale of the property.
