Cancellation of my life partner permit

Hi There! My boyfriend is threatening to cancel my life partner permit before I can get my new Visa through the TEOFL course I am taking. I was just wondering how long I will have till I will legally have to leave the country. My course is about 140 hours and can be done very quickly if need be. The earliest time I can be done is February 19th. Please help me with what my options are. I am already enrolled in the course. Thanks so much for your time.

Hello Hizlenry. Shouldn't that be 'ex-boyfriend'? Sounds like a nice guy, bringing you to a foreign country and then threatening you.

I say it's an idle threat: is your boyfriend going to walk into Home Affairs, wait in a queue for an hour and then hand over a letter formally cancelling his endorsement of your visa? Even if he did, Home Affairs has bigger fish to fry than intervene in domestic disputes: South Africa has thousands of completely illegal immigrants, so I wouldn't be too concerned as a semi-legal immigrant.

Just file your paperwork with Home Affairs as soon as possible. Good luck!

Hi there, dependent visa/visitor's visa to join spouse/life partner is usually is issued for the duration of 3 years. You visa would have been expired in which case you do not need to cancel the visa.

How do I cancel a life partner permit with a Nigerian man

Can I have phone numbers please

Hi there usually unless the permit is still valid then you can cancel it, but that is just you putting yourself under a lot of stress, it is cases like these really that's makes homes affairs to refuse others permits guys, before you do a life partner service do not do it for emotional reasons cause other people really need these. And a domestic issue really affect public concepts. And for a permit takes about 3 years so if you haven't been around and it has expired there is no need to cancel it cause it no longer valid. You can however leave it on your passport because it will give you give review should you apply to any other country's permit. Otherwise goodluck everyone.
