I am currently out of HONG KONG but have been recently approached by ESF (English Schools Foundation) HR personnel.

- What should be the salary of kindergarten? (So I could negotiate)
- Working Environment for teachers
- Reputation of this school (please mention the branch if there is any preference)
- Any other piece of information/advice for me as an expat moving from UAE.
