I want to move to Australia. I'll be traveling soon and I plan to visit Sydney and Melbourne. If I get a job proposal, what is the chance to get a sponsorship visa?

Chances of a sponsorship visa virtually impossible.

I suggest you go to "Discover" at the top of this page and open the Australia Guide for visa information.
Google search for employment. Plenty of agencies there to contact.

Travel into Australia is virtually impossible due to covid-29. Good luck.
