If you are outside NZ then it is fake.

Also, Koru Lounge is likely trademarked by Air New Zealand, so it unlikely to be the name of a small hotel in Queenstown.

Looking at Google Maps Streetview, I can't find anything at 12 Frankton. It should also be 12 Frankton Road, as 12 Frankton is an imcomplete address.

https://korulounge-nz.com/ was only registered in July 2021, so it is a new domain. NZ companies would also use a .co.nz domain name, rather than a .com

Number - It only shows up on their site - Bad sign as hotel numbers tend to end up all over the internet on review sites, directories, and so on

The address is wrong and the nearest thing to a hotel there is a backpacker hostel

The images are stock photos and wallpapers

The text on the 'about us' page is stolen

The only question is - Have they asked for money?
You might also like to note job scams might very well go for identity theft so, if you have sent personal details as asked for in the badly written email (It's all over scam warning sites), watch out for fraud on your bank account or credit cards

First of all, did you apply for this job? Were any interviews conducted?

A lot of members like yourself have also previously received offer letters from Queenstown mall and they were all scams.

Be on your guard and don't send any money to them.
