It sounds like you are looking to come to Japan to look for work.A tourist visa cannot be converted to a work visa. The authorities in Japan are very strict when it comes to visas and unless you have some unique skill that no one in Japan has, then you will not get work. If caught you will be deported.

I suggest you contact the Japanese Embassy in Bangladesh for visa information and applications.

Visas can be switched in Japan after one is due to be up. If you go to Japan on a holiday visa and get hired at a job, they should take care of the visa for you. If you want to study there, I say just start the process now and go over on a student visa. Less hassle.

Coming on a tourist visa will not serve your purpose. Either you need to find some employer who is willing to sponsor your work visa, or you come on a student visa and then try to find work.In any case, the possibility of finding work will depend on your Japanese language proficiency. There are not many exceptions to this requirement.
