Who wants to buy a property in Gauteng?

Where are the best areas to invest in and Why ?

Hi!!!! My name is Erick Bowen I live in Johannesburg and I am a Real Estate Agent. Thet are many good areas to invest in Johannesburg in fact the Market is picking up very fast and properties are selling once again, we have plenty of buyesr at the moment, which for us is a great sign. I would suggest as good areas to live or to invest are: Bedfordview,Kensington (old area)Edenvale (selling fast). Parkhurst,Parkview, Green Stone Hills Complex and Estates, excellent security). Fourways,Daifern. Those are areas that are moving.I presonally like Foresttown and Westcliff. If you required any further help do not hesitate in contacting me at [email protected] regards ERICK

Thanks Erick,

I will e-mail you directly.

Regards
Franco

Hi Franco,

We have a beautiful home in Hartbeespoort Dam, which is 35kms north of
Fourways/Bryanston (northern suburbs of Johannesburg) - we are close to shops, sports clubs, doctors, Lanseria Airport, churches, schools, and so much more. We are situated in the Cradle of Humankind which is a World Heritage Site.

We are off to travel for a few years, so we wish to sell our home and my husband is looking for someone to run his business with a view to take over if they wish at a later time.

Perhaps you may be interested in more details onour property, I also say
Hartbeespoort Dam is the best place to live other the seaside in SA and believe many will agree with me.

Give me a shout and i can email information.

Kind regards
Heather

Thank you, I will do so.
I have tried to delete my rental add, want to change it to for sale. I was advised to do that. Will wait and see if the rental add disappear.
