I am trying to figure out how to get from Sal to Boa Vista. In the BestFly website I see some schedules, but no direct connections. So, according to their info, I would have to do something like:
3B440 SID-RAI 18:45 19:35 0:50
3B441 RAI-BVC 08:40 09:15 0:35
3B436 BVC-RAI 11:00 11:35 00:35
3B439 RAI-SID 12:35 13:20 00:45
Am I missing something?

No. You're not missing anything. There are no direct flights between Boavista (population 10.000) and Sal (pop. 25.000).
BestFly flies through Praia (the hub) because that's how they fill the planes (over half the population of CV resides in Santiago). There's almost no one flying between Sal and Boavista, so there's no economic reason to connect the two directly (except by ferry/ship).
